Registration Information 2009 - 2010

Teaching the Catholic faith is the central mission of Immaculate Conception School, a co-ed school for students in grades Pre-K through 8. 

You are invited to visit our school and see us in action.

Open House:  

Tuesday, January 27th from 9:00am - 11:00am

Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 11:30am - 1:00pm

Registration for grades Pre-K through 6 will be held on

 Sunday, February 8th (Snow date – Sunday, February 15th) 

from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the school.

The following documents are  needed at time of registration:

·        Copy of baptismal certificate

·        Copy of First Penance certificate (for Grades 3 – 6)

·        Copy of First Communion Certificate (for Grades 3 – 6)

·        Copy of immunization record

·        Copy of child’s Social Security card

·        Copy of recent pre-school progress report (for Kindergarten)

·        Copy of recent report card (for Grades 1 – 6)

·        Copy of standardized test scores, if available (for Grades 2 – 6)

·        Non-refundable application fee of $50 per child

Please submit copies, not originals, as we will need these documents for our file.
