Closing/Delayed Openings
Radio announcements will indicate what procedure will be followed.
You may call the school office and receive information from the message
tape. PLEASE DO NOT CALL
THE CONVENT OR THE RECTORY.
For a school closing or delayed opening due to inclement weather, please
listen to one of the radio stations listed below:

WMGQ 98.3 FM (New Brunswick)

If the students are in school and a situation arises which makes it
advisable to close, the words “early dismissal” will be broadcast over all
stations listed. Each bus company
makes its own decision as to when it will pick up the students. Please have a
Plan that your child is aware of for early dismissals. Please be sure that your
child knows what to do and where to go if you are not home when they
arrive. Please avoid calling the school since lines must be open for
emergency use. On a snowy day we do not have the personnel or the needed
phone lines to deliver messages. If it is snowing or bad weather is
expected please make sure to listen to the radio or periodically check the above
mentioned web sites. If an "early dismissal" is announced and
you wish to pick up your child when you arrive at school, please sign your
child's name on the list at the office and then proceed to the cafeteria.
Your child will then be dismissed and sent to the cafeteria to meet you.
