Immaculate Conception School

ADMISSION POLICY

Immaculate Conception School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. This school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies or in any school administered program.

Students are admitted in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and grade 1 according to the following priority:

· Those who have siblings attending Immaculate Conception School

· Those registered in Immaculate Conception Parish who reside within its geographic boundaries

· Those Catholic students who reside outside the geographic boundaries of Immaculate Conception Parish

· Those who are non-Catholic

Students in grades 2 through 8 are accepted according to the following priority:

· Catholic students moving to the area who have attended Catholic school

· Students whose acceptance would complete the family registration

· Immaculate Conception parishioners.

Registration of students, PreK-6, for the coming school year is held in February. Registration of students in grades 7 and 8 is handled on an individual basis. All registrations, PreK-8 are subject to available class space.
